At CCC, we believe that children are a vital part of our community. Jesus said "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” Our heart's desire is to work alongside parents in providing a caring environment where families can learn more about God and the Bible. Children are a part of the covenant family, and we can help you nurture them.

The goal of the Children’s Ministry is for each child to understand that Jesus Christ is an integral part of life so that he or she will say, “for me to live is Christ.” Philippians 1:2. Our emphasis is not on developing great programs, but developing children of faith who will grow “in wisdom, stature, and in favor with God and man.” Luke 2:52

We offer childcare during worship every Sunday and also many of our special events. Check-in is downstairs. Take the right hallway as you enter the front door of Extraordinary Ventures. Follow the hallway to the stairs.
There are three levels of childcare based on age:

Children's Sunday School Classes

Sunday School is an essential part of our children’s ministry. Gifted and committed adults give instruction to our children about God and His plan to redeem people through Jesus. All classes involve age appropriate activities including singing, doing crafts, reading stories from the Bible and praying together.

Little Lambs

Engages children in a short Bible lesson while enabling them to sing, pray, play and have fun together.
Ages: 2-3 year olds
Time/Room: 9:15 AM, downstairs

Bible Buddies

Our Preschool-aged Sunday School program is filled with fun, interactive signing, large group Bible teaching, crafts, and prayer.
Ages: Pre-K
Time/Room: 9:15 AM, downstairs

Kids Connection

Our Elementary-aged Sunday School program, is divided into two classes: KC Junior (K, 1st and 2nd grace) and KC Senior (3rd, 4th, and 5th grades). The goal is to help children connect the truth they learn about Christ from the Bible with the situations they might face during the week at home, school, and play.
Ages: K-5th grades
Time/Room: 9:15 AM, downstairs

Connection Groups

KC Senior children are divided into smaller, same-gender groups led by one of the Sunday School teachers. These groups help children deepen friendships through sharing about each other's lives and praying together.

Sunday School Large Group

Approximately once a month, our Bible Buddies and both Kids Connection Classes join together for a large group time filled with singing, sharing and teaching from the Bible.

Kids' Club

All Elementary Students and friends are invited to participate in Kid’s Club at CCC.  A time for kids to get to know each other better through games, crafts, and exciting adventures as well as continue to learn more about God and his love for them.  There’s also a potluck dinner at the end so kids head home with a full stomach along with a full heart.  What a great way to head into the next week!
