Adult Sunday School
Our adult Sunday School class meets from 9:15-10:25 a.m. every Sunday morning, with the exception of holiday weekend Sundays. We come together, ages 18 to 80, to discuss how to learn more about the truths found throughout the entire Bible. Examples of class subjects include studies on key Christian doctrines, theology, Bible surveys, God's view of dating and marriage, how we can better share the Gospel, etc. We invite every new guest, regular attender and member to join us for this important time for growing faith, knowledge and wisdom.
Conversations About Being a Christian Woman
Someone is teaching us what it means to be a woman. Is it Scripture or society? How do we live as women “in” but not “of” the world? We’ll explore what the Bible says about God’s calling for us as women and the opportunities and challenges we face. Meeting in the Boardroom at 9:15 a.m.
New Covenant Life: What It Means to Live Out Reformed Faith
The Presbyterian Church in America website has the following statement – “Faithful to the Scriptures, True to the Reformed Faith, Obedient to the Great Commission of Jesus Christ.” Many of us know the Scriptures and the Great Commission, but what are the distinctives of the Reformed Faith and why are they important to CCC? What are the implications to the church and to the world when we apply Reformed doctrines to life? How does understanding the Reformed faith help CCC’s leaders serve the church? We’ll tackle these and other questions. Anyone interested in church leadership is encouraged to attend. Meeting in the Franklin room at 9:15 a.m.
